Pastor: Fr. Richard Beaudette omi

Richard was born and raised in Vegreville, a farming community in central Alberta. Being from a farming background, he has a deep appreciation for the environment and all the gifts of creation - loves to muck around in the dirt, in other words. Seminary and univertsity studies followed graduation from high school, but there was a break for a few year of farming before joining the Oblates and being ordained. Richard served in Labrador, Ottawa, Vancouver Island, Edmonton, Smithers, Whitehorse and Burns Lake before moving to St. Mary's.

Giselle Jakobs

Giselle has moved on to work with a very worthwhile organization called Returning to Spirit. This has taken her to Calgary. We will miss her, but wish her all the best in her new adventures.

Youth Ministry Coordinator: Roberta Chartrand

Roberta was born and raised in Prince George. She attended St. Mary's Youth Group as a young high-schooler and has been the Youth Coordinator now for 5 years. Roberta is also a member of WCACYM (take a breath... The Western Canadian Association of Catholic Youth Ministers). Not only does she run the best Youth Group in town, she also is a certified driving instructor and resident care-worker. If you know a youth who is in need of spiritual guidance and is learning to drive a car, Roberta's the person to call!!!

Receptionist & Secretary: Jeannine Walker

Jeannine is our formidable secretary and receptionist.

She has lived in the parish pretty much forever and keeps us on the straight and narrow.

Besides being a bit camera shy, she's the one you talk to most often if you call the parish...
